What kind of materials do you collect?
We collect all kinds of materials, clothes that have no life left in them, old curtains, sheets, towels, textiles. We do not take toys or fashion accessories.
How do i get a 10% OFF voucher?
Just bring in a a large carrier bag full of material and we will issue you a 10% OFF voucher to spend at Secret Island.
Can i return my gift basket?
As long as you have proof of purchase and the gift basket/items are unopened or tampered with, then we should be able to accept your return. we do not cover postage for returns.
Can i get next day delivery?
